BOF: 3.124

A 54 year old male presents with a complaint that his ears have become very large. No other history of note. On examination, his ears do not look larger than normal. You look through his notes and see that he has seen numerous doctors with the same complaint and all have made a note that there does not seem to be any abnormality in the size or shape of his ears.

In this patient the most likely diagnosis is:

a)      Acromegaly

b)      Hydrophobia

c)      Dysmorphophobia

d)     Tomophobia

e)      Trichophobia
